Absolutely perfect any questions I had were answered and very politely too. It is the sixth time we have used Holiday Genie and it’s always been plane sailing with the booking process. I find it very hard for anyone else to be as cheap and if I do find it cheaper Holiday Genie price match. Highly recommend this company, such pleasant staff too.

I booked a holiday to New York through holiday genie, it was easy to speak to a representative and having seen the package deal I wanted on line he made sure everything I asked for was sorted I even got upgraded to 1st class flights for the journey home! Amazing
