Can you bring food to Disney World?
First of all, let’s clear up the big question about bringing food into Disney World. You are allowed to take food into Disney theme parks so long as the food/snacks do not require any heating. You can’t bring drinks into the parks but there are plenty of places to enjoy soda, tea and coffee at Disney for a great price!
Bring your own snacks or meals
Knowing that you can bring food into Disney World means you can bring your own snacks or even meals, so if you’re waiting and someone starts to get peckish you can easily eat for a cheaper cost than what Disney might be offering.

Have a feast at breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make it a big one. Breakfast is the cheapest meal at Disney World so load up at the buffet, leave with your stomach’s full and you should be good to go for the day.
Don’t order desert at table-service restaurants
The Disney World food prices for deserts at a table-service restaurant have been described as over-priced and you can find deserts just as good elsewhere for half the cost!
Eat at Quick Service Restaurants
When looking at Disney World Dining, the best value is at the Quick Service Restaurants where you can get a full course meal for around $15 which is just half the price of Table Service Restaurants plus you can eat while you explore more of the parks!
Don’t buy a drink at Epcot EVER
You are wasting money if you buy a drink at Epcot. If you head over to Club Cool in Future World inside Epcot you can try a variety of sodas from all over the world for FREE. It’s great if you’re looking to drink something different and still save money.
Decide what meal item you want and buy elsewhere
There are a lot of table-service restaurants that offer the same food item as a Quick Service restaurant but it’ll cost more. If you search at nearby Quick Service restaurants you’ll find that they might offer exactly the same dish for a much cheaper price.
