Palms – Alize
Located on the 56th floor of the Palms Casino Resort, the beautiful Michelin starred restaurant known as Alize allows for fantastic views of the Las Vegas strip through their floor-to-ceiling windows. Fine French cuisine is served in the restaurant which is created by Andre Rochat. Treat yourself to the Lobster Consommé, followed by their Filet Mignon and save enough room for their warm chocolate fondant, it’s simply divine (but be quick as the menu is always changing).
